Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) has permitted self-certification and third party inspection and certification of boilers with State Governments.

Real-time monitoring is done by UT Testing Method (NDT) without causing any damage and capable to identify the inside corrosions and the outside corrosions of the boiler so that if the condition of thickness is not good, any actions can be taken at an early stage.
Continuous monitoring of pH is an important part of the boiler chemical control program. pH control involves feeding sodium hydroxide and sodium phosphate salts in carefully controlled quantities. In common with most water treatments, overfeeding chemicals can do as much damage as underfeeding
